“In difficult economic times, these volunteers have selflessly offered their energy and hours by investing in future generations,” said Executive Director Claire Hall. “Volunteers at ERfC have demonstrated an active commitment to supporting the Enfield Community. Now more than ever, parents are dealing with elevated pressures of returning to work or increasing their schedules. Thanks to our volunteers, ERfC is able to help relieve additional concerns of unaffordable or unavailable after school programs. People are really stepping up to support one another.”

ERfC volunteers play integral roles in the after school programs by developing meaningful relationships with students. Volunteers provide tutoring, mentoring and program assistance. They support all ERfC programs, from homework assistance, Sports and Games, and Arts and Crafts. Volunteers provide students with hands-on time with a dedicated, positive adult role model.
